Bernard Museum Field Trip
Morgan had a great time on her school field trip to the Bernhard Museum. They washed clothes on washboards, made bisquits from scratch, ground wheat, churned butter, built wood crates, made dolls out of fabric and twine and a button spinner. She said she would love to live like this everyday....minus the bonnet :)

Morgan's Baptism - November 20th, 2010
What an amazing special day! I hope that we always remember the special spirit that we felt today at Morgan's Baptism. Morgan had her last soccer game an hour before we had to be over at the church so we arrived with muddy soccer cleats and a perfectly white baptism dress in hand. Some might say symbolic?! :) Her hometeacher Brother Cheney gave the talk on Baptism and all the children gathered around to see Uncle Chad baptize Morgan. Aunt Kim gave an amazing talk on the Holy Ghost and then Uncle Chad confirmed Morgan a member of the church and she was given the gift of the Holy Ghost. Morgan and the Cousins then sang "I Know Heavenly Father loves me." Her Daddy gave the closing prayer and it was the sweetest prayer I have ever heard in my life. I was so proud of him and I know without a doubt that he loves Morgan and is proud of the choice she made today. The spirit was so strong and it confirmed to me the importance of this ordinance and the blessings Morgan will have in her life by this great choice. Congratulations Morgan!

Halloween 2010
Morgan was a beautiful Snow Princess this year. We enjoyed going to the Trunk or Treat at Church. I dressed up as the owner of the California Caramel Company. It's pretty scary but these pictures are pretty accurate to the insanity I am living in :) Sunday was fun to do some Trick or Treating with neighbors this year. Getting to know a few new people was nice.

Traffic Tiger
Morgan is here doing Traffic Tiger. It's something that 3rd-5th grades can do. They open the car doors for the Kindergarten kids being dropped off at school. They have to be at school by 7:45am. I thought she looked so cute that I had to drive through the drop off and catch of a picture of her. She was SOOOO mad! Haha :)

Yosemite Trip
Yosemite! Finally after all the years of people ranting and raving over the majestic beauty of Yosemite we had to see it for ourselves. We packed up the "new" Expedition and headed off for an adventure. I soon realized that all the rants and raves of others were simply words. Just to sit and behold the sites was a testimony yet again of a loving Heavenly Father who is our creator. It was truly Majestic and these pictures don't do it justice. (Plus I was trying to learn some lighting tips from Tre' :) Enjoy!
